Sydney, Australia: Manly Pacific – MGallery is taking guests on a culinary journey through Italy this winter, with an all-inclusive twist. The latest offering from Sydney’s iconic beachfront hotel will see guests picked up with a door-to-shore luxury car service, anywhere within 25km – whether that’s the airport or home. They’ll be arriving at Manly in style, with a glass of prosecco on hand and their own chauffeur, all-included as part of Culinary Coastline: A Taste of Italy.

Since its impressive $30 million transformation in 2023, Manly Pacific has quickly filled the void for a luxury hotel with an elevated coastal vibe. At the end of last year, the hotel celebrated the successful launch of Cibaria, a partnership with renowned restaurateurs Alessandro and Anna Pavoni (a’Mare, Ormeggio at the Spit, Chiosco, Postino Osteria). The year also ended on a high note, with Manly Pacific honoured as one of the 16 most beautiful hotels in the world at the prestigious Prix Versailles awards.

The coastal getaway offers guests authentic Italian flavours, inspired by Cibaria’s team, paired with the relaxing seaside charm of Manly for a truly memorable escape. With Alessandro’s training at Michelin-star restaurants in Europe, and the couple’s consistency in delivering hatted restaurants in Sydney, it’s no surprise that Cibaria’s menu is attracting a loyal fan base.

Guests will also start their stay with a signature charcuterie platter from Cibaria’s Antipasteria waiting on arrival, and an unforgettable dinner experience for two at Cibaria. They can savour a taste of Italy with dishes including Pizzetta bianca, Crab Fritters, Scallops with lemon oil and finger lime, Yellowfin tuna crudo, Trottole ‘aglio e olio’ with crab, and O’Connor dry-aged beef. Followed closely by Hazelnut tiramisu or another delectable dessert from the Pasticceria.
