New and newly awarded dining

New York favourites, European imports, a new MICHELIN Star and internationally driven chef concepts are among the latest arrivals to Beverly Hills.

• Beverly Hills sushi restaurant Miura has been awarded a MICHELIN Star in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide California. Miura’s second-floor perch in the Two Rodeo Drive shopping galleria centres on chef Derek Wilcox, who trained extensively in Japan and worked in New York before returning to open Miura, offering an omakase experience with a focus on rare, Japan-sourced seafood including cuttlefish from Kagoshima and needlefish from Miyagi.
• Malka, the first kosher restaurant from acclaimed chef Eyal Shani of Miznon, will open at SIXTY Beverly Hills later this year. Malka debuted in Tel Aviv in 2018 and has since expanded to New York and West Palm Beach, with the Beverly Hills opening marking its Los Angeles debut and bringing Shani’s produce-driven, kosher approach to the city for the first time.
• Gemma, a California-inspired Pan-Asian rooftop restaurant and bar, opened at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in May 2026.

• Tiffany & Co. is set to open a three-storey Rodeo Drive flagship in 2028, including two levels of retail, a 53-seat restaurant and rooftop terrace for private experiences.
• A Frank Gehry-designed Louis Vuitton flagship is planned for 2029, spanning more than 100,000 square feet across two buildings and combining retail with exhibition space, a café, fine-dining restaurant and rooftop gardens.
