Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific welcomes a new wave of elevated coastal hospitality with the launch of its signature Pacific Club experience
The landmark Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific hotel is redefining the Australian coastal getaway experience with the unveiling of the Pacific Club, a signature VIP experience never seen before at the iconic hotel.
The Pacific Club introduces a range of benefits including a personal concierge, exclusive daily cocktail hour, valet parking and private transfers for travel around the local area, all offered when guests book from a select range of suites and premier ocean-view rooms.
To ensure a seamless rollout of the Pacific Club, the hotel has created a brand new Director of VIP Services role, a dedicated position to enhance the guest experience and ensure the smooth running of the exclusive new service. The role will see the Director of VIP Services implement new customer touchpoints designed to create a personal touch to the Pacific Club experience, from the moment guests book until they arrive home.
“When the world is progressively moving away from human contact, we are excited to be enhancing the human experience and delivering an exceptional product to Terrigal. Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is an iconic part of the region, and this brand new experience is set to bring new heights to the service we are already renowned for”, says Mark Roth, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific.
Fifteen premium suites and ocean-view rooms form part of the Pacific Club experience, including a selection of refurbished rooms, designed by leading Australian designer Coco Republic and inspired by the coastal setting. Each room option provides breathtaking views of Terrigal Beach alongside an endota-designed in-room wellness kit, deluxe mini-bar and Grown Alchemist amenities.
As part of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific’s drive to create a more elevated and personalised experience, the hotel has introduced dining and drinking elements to the Pacific Club that suit discerning tastes and travellers with exclusive offerings at the newly launched Meribella.
The sophisticated restaurant and bar is the latest addition to the region’s growing culinary scene, led by Head Chef Joshua Mason, armed with Michelin-star credentials. Guests of the Pacific Club will receive guaranteed bookings to the in-demand restaurant, alongside daily complimentary cocktail hour in Meribella bar.
As part of the hotel’s partnership with Worthington BMW, the benefits of the Pacific Club continue even when guests leave the hotel. Whether it is to explore a walking trail or beach further up the coast or enjoy local dining, Pacific Club members will have the option of booking private transfers to transport them to their destination in style.
With an iconic location on the Terrigal Esplanade, and just a 90-minute drive from Sydney, the hotel and its adjoining Terrigal Beach House are beloved by locals and visitors alike. The property features a heated pool overlooking the ocean and an onsite endota day spa which offers a place to relax and recharge.
Terrigal remains a premier tourism destination in NSW and the Central Coast with many things to do whether that be a stroll along the beach, a whale watching excursion or a visit to one the independent producers on the Central Coast Makers Trail.
